At Exclusive Salon & Spa, we take great pride in our expertise and dedication to exceptional client care. To ensure every guest enjoys the best possible experience while maintaining fairness and respect for our team, we follow a few key policies that support both our clients and our stylists.
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to absolutely love your hair and your experience with every professional at Exclusive Salon & Spa. We take great pride in the quality of our work. If you have any concerns regarding your service, please notify us within 4 days, and we will correct it to your satisfaction at no additional charge. This is a policy we are proud to offer to ensure you always leave our salon feeling your best.
Booking Policies
Deposit Policy
A $50 deposit is required to secure all hair service appointments. This amount will be applied toward your total service cost, with the remaining balance due at the end of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is canceled at least 48 hours in advance.
Online Booking Policy
You can book appointments online through our booking pages. A credit card is required to complete your reservation. The same cancellation policy applies for online bookings.
Late Policy
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We allow a 15-minute grace period; after that, your appointment may be released to accommodate other clients. If we’re unable to take you due to lateness, a no-show fee will apply.
No-Show Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or reschedules to avoid a cancellation fee. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered late cancellations and charged accordingly. Clients who fail to show up for their appointments may be required to prepay in full when booking future visits.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointments and satisfaction are very important to us. We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and schedule changes can sometimes be necessary. However, when you book an appointment, you reserve time that becomes unavailable to other clients. We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations to allow us the opportunity to accommodate another guest.
The cancellation fee is non-refundable unless the appointment is canceled at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will forfeit the $35 deposit.
Gift Cards
All gift cards are non-refundable. If someone gifted you one of our gift cards and you already have an appointment but need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations after this period will result in the loss of the gift card.
Hair Intake Form
The intake form is required for clients receiving any chemical hair services. All clients must complete it accurately and truthfully at their first appointment, including any chemical treatments your hair has had in the past year. This information helps our stylists make informed decisions to ensure the best results and safety. The salon and/or stylist cannot be held responsible for any issues or undesired results if information is missing or inaccurate.
Respect and Professional Conduct Policy
At Exclusive Salon & Spa, we have the utmost respect for our clients and professionals. We expect the same in return. Any client who disrespects or makes a professional feel uncomfortable, questions the work inappropriately, or behaves in a disruptive manner may, at our discretion, be removed from our client list and denied future services. As a private business, we reserve the right to maintain a safe and respectful environment for everyone.
